SKILL LEVELS
It is very important that riders are completely honest about their riding ability. Please do not exaggerate your experience on the booking form. At Enduro Madness, we tailor the trails to suit your true level, so every rider gets the safest, most enjoyable and most suitable tour possible. All rider levels are welcome.
Beginner / New Motorcycle Rider
You have never ridden a geared motorcycle before, or you have only ridden one a few times. You need full instruction on clutch control, gears, braking, balance and basic motorcycle handling. After training and coaching, you will enjoy a safe, relaxed off-road tour on easy tracks and beginner-friendly trails.
Novice Enduro Rider
You are a competent motorcycle rider, but you have little experience riding proper off-road enduro trails. You may have ridden dirt bikes on gravel paths, dirt roads, fields or simple single tracks, and you can manage some easier climbs. However, you are not yet confident on steep, rutted inclines or descents. You want a safe, fun and scenic Thailand enduro tour without overdoing it.
Competent Enduro Rider
You are comfortable riding rutted gravel tracks, eroded open trails, potholes, sand, firebreaks, dry riverbeds and tighter single tracks. You can manage off-road turns, rocky climbs, descents and demanding river crossings. You have completed several off-road multi-day tours and can handle long technical sections. You want a challenging enduro tour, but not extreme Hard Enduro.
Advanced Enduro Rider
You are a strong, confident enduro rider looking for a seriously challenging guided tour. You can ride rocks, rubble, deep sand, ruts, slippery surfaces, steep climbs and difficult descents, even in hot conditions. You may have competed in enduro events or ridden regularly at a high level. You have excellent fitness, strong endurance and are happy for the Enduro Madness guides to push you hard.
Expert Enduro Rider
You are an expert, competition-level enduro rider with the skill, fitness and confidence to handle the toughest terrain an enduro motorcycle can realistically conquer. You are comfortable with extreme climbs, technical descents, hard enduro obstacles and very demanding off-road conditions. You are specifically looking for the most difficult Hard Enduro routes available.
