The Ultimate North Thailand Loop
10 days / 9 nights exploring the very best of North Thailand's enduro riding — from Chiang Mai through Doi Inthanon, Mae Hong Son and Pai in one epic loop.
We at Enduro Madness are excited to present our Ultimate Northern Thailand Enduro Tour. A unique off-road adventure extravaganza exploring the very best of North Thailand's enduro riding.
We have meticulously selected the absolute best tracks and trails the North of Thailand has to offer. Riding the best enduro bikes available in Thailand, with the best pro tour guide riders, you are guaranteed a proper enduro tour and an overall magical experience tailor-made to your skill level.
Add to this comfortable private-room quality accommodation mostly in 3 and 4-star hotels and resorts, stunning scenery, and fantastic dinners — our bumper 10 days / 9 nights all-inclusive package including 7 full days of action-packed riding makes this tour a clear winner.
Typically each day's rides are between 140–190 km long and comprise anywhere from 70–85% dirt. Due to the scarcity of quality hotels during the start and end of the days' riding, the first 10 to 20 km tend to be twisty tarmac remote mountain roads.
The riding surfaces are very varied and offer a daily mix of clay, sand, red earth, river beds, rocks, jungle single tracks, fast-flowing 4x4 trails, and plenty of water crossings. You really could not wish for a more challenging and spectacular combination of breathtaking scenic trails.
Our highly experienced team of tour professionals will select the trails to best suit each tour group's riding ability, so this really can be a tour for all different rider skill levels.
We look forward to showing you why we offer the best professional enduro holiday tours, not only in Thailand but in all of Asia!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
High Season Pricing
For tours starting between 1 November and the end of February, our Ultimate North Thailand 10-day / 9-night tour is priced at ฿79,900 per rider.
This period is Thailand’s cooler, drier peak travel season, when hotel rates are higher and accommodation demand is much stronger, especially in popular northern destinations such as Chiang Mai, Pai and Mae Hong Son.
Normal Season Price: ฿74,900 per rider
High Season Price: ฿79,900 per rider
Skill Level & Route Planning
This tour is suitable for a broad range of riders, from capable novice enduro riders to advanced and expert riders. Riders may be split into 2 groups depending on numbers, and trail conditions. All riders will be together in the evenings for dinners and socialising.
Please select your skill level honestly using the Enduro Madness rating chart. This helps us plan the safest, smoothest and most enjoyable riding experience for everyone.
Seasonal Note
North Thailand’s wet season is usually July to September. For competent riders, this can be a fantastic time to ride, with lush green mountains, flowing streams, waterfalls and very little dust.
However, trails can be more slippery and technical during this period, so July to September is better suited to experienced Enduro riders. Novice riders are better off choosing dates between November and May.
April is the hottest month of the year, but it is also Songkran, Thailand’s famous multi-day New Year water festival, which creates a fun and unique atmosphere across the country.
Tour Dates
Join-in tours start with Welcome day on the 2nd of every month and departure day on the 11th. Maximum 12 riders per join-in tour.
Private Tours
Private tours are available for groups of 10 to 20 riders, with custom dates available. Smaller private groups may be possible on request, subject to pricing, dates and logistics.
Contact us to discuss availability, the best dates for your group, and details of our group organiser reward.
Riding Gear
We can supply all riding gear required for the tour, including helmet, boots, body armour, jersey, pants, gloves, goggles and hydration pack.
However, we strongly recommend bringing your own riding gear, especially boots and helmet. Poorly fitting boots or helmets can seriously affect your comfort, safety and enjoyment on a multi-day tour.
Your own gear will usually fit better, and we cannot carry multiple sizes of every item for every rider on remote multi-day tours.
Airport Transfer Note
Taxi from the front of Chiang Mai Airport to the hotel is only 150 Baht (approx 5 USD) and a 10-minute journey. Easy to grab right outside the airport exit doors — same for returning from hotel to airport.
AVAILABLE DATES
19th to 28th every month
Prices based on a minimum of 6 riders per tour. Solo and small group bookings welcome — we are happy to be flexible with dates to match you with other riders of a similar skill level.
